Ursus Armament warrants its products to the original purchaser for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including realistic field conditions such as routine handling, transport, and incidental impacts.
This warranty applies when a product fails due to a defect, including when such a defect is revealed during normal field use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or degradation from regular use over time.
The warranty is void in cases of misuse, abuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification. Damage resulting from extreme or destructive events beyond reasonable field use is not covered.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, where applicable, a valid product serial number.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Ursus Armament via email with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and product details. Each claim will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances and condition of the product.
If a product is determined to be defective and covered under warranty, Ursus Armament will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued.
In cases where a product is no longer covered under warranty, Ursus Armament may, at its discretion, offer repair or replacement services. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
